Refunds & Returns

AXOM OBJECTS e-commerce website accepts returns of most items* within 30 days of delivery date, with original receipt by original method of payment.

The cost of the item purchased along with applicable sales tax will be refunded if the conditions for the return, as stated in this policy are met.  The cost of shipping and other additional fees such as gift wrapping are not refundable.

Purchases made with gift cards or existing store credit will receive a refund in store credit.

*Returned Merchandise must be in the original (new, unaltered and unused) condition and packaging.

Definition of New, Unaltered and Unused is: Without showing signs of wear

*Refunds are contingent upon inspection of items once we receive them

*Sale and discontinued merchandise are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.

*Custom and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

* All made to measure Window treatments are non-refundable. Our ‘OOPS’ Policy will allow you to re-order at a 20% discount off of the non-sale original cost of the Window Treatment. Please refer to our Window Treatment Check List for helpful tips in measuring.

*Large Parcel upholstery items and certain large parcel accessories and home décor items will incur a 15% restocking fee.  Refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for additional information on Small and Large Parcel Items.  Please refer to our Furniture Delivery Check List for helpful information on preparing your home or workplace for Furniture Delivery

*Items returned must request a signature upon delivery back to AXOM Objects.

*Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

*If an item is received Damaged or the Wrong Item Was Shipped, please contact us within immediately (within 48 hours).  Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for additional information.
